Birthday Parties at Folger Stable

Celebrate your child's special day with horses in a unique park setting at the Folger Stable in Wunderlich County Park.

Bay Area Equestrian Connection's skilled trainers have prepared party packages for children ages 3+ for up to 15 children per party. Picnic tables are available for your use and are located right next to the horse staging area.

Any child that rides will also receive a cowboy hat to take home as a souvenir!

Special Notes:

• You are welcome to bring your own cake
• We provide helmets. Please have the kids wear long pants and preferably a shoe with a heel if riding. 
• For the safety of everyone we request that you do not bring balloons or noisy objects. Horses and ponies are very sensitive and can be startled or spooked. Please ask us if you are unsure. 
• All children attending must submit a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Please bring them to the event.

Pony Meet and Greet

Meet our gorgeous and well mannered ponies! Kids will be able to pet and brush the ponies and maybe even feed them carrots! Add pony rides for an additional fee.

Suitable Ages: 3 years-7 years
Price: $15 per child; 5 child minimun
Maximum Party Size: 12 children
Pony Ride addition: $15 per child. Rides take place in the staging area and last up to 10 minutes.
Event Duration: 30 minutes for up to 5 kids / 1 hour-1.5 hours for six or more children

Pony Meet and Greet and a Ride in the Arena or on the Trail

Kids will meet our ponies and horses and take a ride either in the arena or on the beautiful trails in the park! Large parties will be split into groups for the ride. We offer educational presentations and/or arts and crafts for the group not on horseback.

Suitable Ages: 7 years and up. Trail Rides for ages 12 years and up or for experienced riders. For the safety of the group, trail rides are at the discretion of the instructor.
Price: $40 per child; 4 child minimum
Maximum Party Size: 12 children
Event Duration: 1 hour for up to 5 kids / 1.5 hours-2 hours for six or more children

Special Requests: Special requests are considered and we will do everything possible to make them happen. PLEASE GIVE us one week advance notice in the event of special requests or changes to your party as we often schedule extra staff. Additional fees may apply.

We require a 50% deposit to book your event. We recommend that you schedule in advance as these events are very popular.
