Horseback Riding for Adults and Children

Welcome to Bay Area Equestrian Connection!  Our goal is for you to have fun with horses in a safe and educational setting.

Our staff has been giving horseback riding lessons and rides throughout the Bay Area for over 30 years.  Our lesson horses are sweet, experienced and suitable for children and adults - beginners to advanced riders!

We have several instructors teaching at Folger Stable. Instruction is available 7 days a week.  Our programs are progressive, starting you from within your comfort zone and helping you to achieve the next step.  We stress the relationship between horse and rider and concentrate on giving riders the skills they need to properly and effectively communicate with horses.

Take one lesson or 10, it is up to you as we do not require long term contracts or multiple lesson packages!

Pricing: $60 per person for private lessons / $50 per person for groups of 3 or more.

Folger Stable has been supporting equestrian activities since 1905 and is located within Wunderlich County Park.

Reservation Policy: A credit card is required to reserve your lesson or ride. We require 24 hour notice for cancellation on a lesson, trail ride, and pony ride. Tardiness for your appointment counts towards your allotted appointment time. In the event of a cancellation, we regret that refunds are not possible, but we can reschedule your ride or lesson at a mutually convenient time.
